Chanel Les Confidences Makeup and Skincare Workshop

Morning! How do you look today? Let’s discover Mademoiselle’s Beauty Secrets together… I attended this Chanel Les Confidence makeup and skincare workshop at Majestic Hotel recently. It was a pleasant afternoon at this elegant and luxurious workshop learning some tips and tricks plus discovering Mademoiselle’s precious confidences.

Charise Ho, Chanel Field Trainer gave us some insight and explanations about Chanel and the products. Then we started to get ready for our workshop. First and foremost, is the skincare and how to prep our skin. Edith, Chanel makeup artist guided the correct steps and ways to use the products.

These are the Chanel skincare products that I use:

1. Cleansing: Chanel Eau Douceur Cleansing Water Balance + Anti-Pollution Face and Eyes. Fresh and crystal-clear helps to cleanse away skin of pollutants, impurities and light makeup. It cleanses gently and leave skin more supple.

2. Toning: Chanel Brightening Moisture Lotion. Suitable for my skin type. Its a lightweight illuminating & nourishing toner Contains Pearl Protein & Licorice Extracts that brighten skin & deliver long-lasting moisture Prepares skin to be more receptive to the brightening action

3. Treatment: Chanel Ultra Collection Lift Total Eye Lift. This helps lift the skin of the delicate eye area from within, while also minimizing puffiness and dark circles. Upon application, the light, silky-smooth formula (ideal for use under makeup) cushions and comforts the skin. Eyes look instantly relaxed and revitalized, revealing a new radiance.

4. Treatment: Chanel Ultra Collection Lift Plumping Anti-Wrinkle Lips and Contour goes beyond surface action and offers a firming approach based on a natural lifting effect at the heart of cells. CHANEL discovered the key role of a dermal protein in the skin-aging process. Its name: tensin. Tensin preserves the shape and vitality of cells, for a maximum level of skin density and suppleness. However, with age, its production diminishes.

Chanel Makeup Light Revealing Whitening Makeup Base SPF35 / PA+++ (tone Mimosa and Rose). Chanel CC Cream Complete Correction SPF30/PA+++ Beige.

I use the Chanel CC Cream, its lightweight, not too thick and non-greasy. I like the smooth and the even skin tone after a apply this CC Cream. CHANEL signature, CC Cream combines 5 actions in 1 single step:

SOOTHES. Cornflower water comforts sensitive skin.

MOISTURIZES. Hyaluronic acid helps maintain hydration level all day long by trapping and retaining moisture inside the skin.

PROTECTS. SPF 30 and PA+++ sun filters block aging-accelerating UVA-UVB rays. A mineral filter guarantees higher tolerance on the skin.

PREVENTS. An active ingredient of natural origin, Rejuvencia, provides the best shield against external aggressions.

After the Chanel CC Cream application, I started my makeup with eyes area first. Eye makeup is the hardest to learn. For eyebrow I use, Chanel Crayon Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil #40 Brun Cendre. Eyeliner is Chanel Le Crayon Kohl Intense Eye Pencil #61 Noir.

For eyebrow I use, Chanel Crayon Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil #40 Brun Cendre; Eyeliner is Chanel Le Crayon Kohl Intense Eye Pencil #61 Noir,
then followed by the Chanel Sublime Length and Curl Mascara

Ladies, put on some lipstick... by Coco Chanel

Chanel Natural Finish Pressed Powder #B10 Beige Pastel, Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow #33 Prelude, Chanel Lipstick Rouge Coco (my favourite colour) and the final blusher #64 Pink Explosion. It looks pink but when apply on our cheeck the colours blends well and look natural blush.

I learned something new from this workshop and also I have the opportunity to test Chanel skincare and makeup products. Currently I am in love with the Coco Mademoiselle perfume and Coco Rouge lipstick, well i might check out Chanel UV Essentiel SPF50/PA+++ and lip . Overall, this workshop was well setup, I like the venue Majestic Hotel is very classic. The length of this workshop is quite standard around 2 hours. And the content is relevant to me. The makeup is very elegant and timeless.
