I tasted and tried some of the new Stack House Burgers at T.G.I Fridays, Paradigm Mall with a few bloggers and media friends on Friday few weeks ago. Basically the Friday’s Stack House Burgers comes in layers and layers of unadulterated goodness all stacked in one burger. Each beef patty is about +/- 200gms and each burger is a custom blend of flavor and textures using a variety of ingredients and sauces stacked between a juicy beef, chicken or crabcake patty and soft toasted, fresh buns.

Cocktails / MocktailsTop Shelf Mojito RM26.90++, Strawberry Mojito RM19.90++, Mango Caramel Mojito RM20.90++ and Signature Mojito RM19.90++. The TGI Friday’s uses Mount Gay Rum for these four mojitos. The Top Shelf Mojito is the basic or classic, Straberry Mojito taste quite sweet, I ordered Mango Caramel Mojito it has the rum kick and the Signature Mojoto is taste balance not too strong..

Besides the four new Stack House burgers, Friday’s is also introducing a new side dish to complement the burger meals – the Stackhouse chili cheese fries featuring crispy seasoned fries, topped with spicy chili, warm queso cheese sauce, fresh pico de gallo and pickled jalapenos.

Of the four burgers this is the one I ate the most because I like the balsamic onion it’s a dash of sweet and sour when eat together with melted cheese and lots sauteed mushrooms. Crispy breaded chicken breast, melted provolone cheese and horseradish sauce topped with sautéed mushrooms, balsamic onions and battered Portobello mushroom fries.

Two pan fried crab cakes topped with a Lemon Caper Aioli, chopped parsley and melted Monterey jack cheese. The bottom patty is beef. So I only ate the crab cakes, it’s quite thick, crispy on the outside and juicy inside.

According to my group, this is the best Stack House Burger among the four. The oversized dill pickle does look appetizing to me. It’s spiced beef pastrami, tart sauerkraut mixed with Dijon mustard, melted Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing topped with an oversized dill pickle.

Tender pieces of slow-cooked BBQ beef, melted Colby cheese, and roasted beef bacon piled high with horseradish sauce and crispy frizzled onions. The crispy frizzled onions was good, taste better than fries.
