I was at the glitz and glamour of Starhill Gallery Fashion Week opening party on 13th Mac evening that began with a clink of glasses filled with free flow Mumm champagne. Starhill Gallery Fashion Week in the very heart of Bukit Bintang is Starhill Gallery’s biggest fashion event of the year that started 13th until 16th of March, 2013. My favourite is REDValentino this Spring Summer 2013 collection feminine and elegant.

The latest trends of 2013’s Spring/Summer collections were unveiled during a magnificent showcase of Starhill Gallery’s exclusive designer labels; Valentino, REDValentino, Kenzo, M Missioni, Khoon Hooi, McQ by Alexander McQueen, P.A.R.O.S.H and the guest brand Klutched. From red carpet dresses and runway outfits to the monochromatic, geometric patterns and neon colours, Starhill Gallery Fashion Week’s catwalk displayed the very best new season styles.

The opening night was electrified with a performance from
the talented singer, Arabyrd, leaving all the fashionistas in attendance, including
the likes of world famous shoe designer Dato’ Jimmy Choo, Miss Universe
Malaysia 2011 winner Deborah Henry, Klutched brand owner Ung Yiu Lin,
television personality Marion Caunter, radio host Serena C, and celebrity
Andrea Fonseka, thoroughly entertained.

Plus the atmosphere was kept alive throughout the evening
by the beautiful DJ Patricia Knudsen. YTL’s infamous corporate executive
master chef, Chef Wai, was also inspired by the launch of the latest
collections for the Spring season and laid out a feast of delightful treats as
fresh as the latest trend.

| Klutched Pop Up Store in Starhill Gallery Adorn Floor |
Klutched, the stylish handbag launched a pop up store of
the Malaysian brand at Starhill Gallery on Adorn Floor during Fashion Week from
the 13th of March until the 30th of April 2013.
Klutched owner Ung Yiu Lin
commented “I am very excited to be a part of Starhill Gallery Fashion Week and
showcase my latest collection alongside such renowned names. Klutched will be
representing Malaysian fashion on an international stage when its Spring/Summer
2013 collection hits the shelves of Paris’ Galeries Lafayette, and the only
other place I can think of that’s befitting of Klutched is Starhill Gallery.”
Starhill Gallery Fashion Week partnership with HSBC, Asian
Potions, Leica and Pernod Ricard who contributed with Starhill Gallery to
deliver an occasion of excitement, glamour and style to Malaysia. Guests left
the launch party in high spirits, in the know of the latest collections and
with door gifts of beautifully scented candles courtesy of Asian Potions.
