Morning Sunshine! Every time I passed by L'Occitane boutique I have the urged to walk in because of the nice scent and the nature inspired decorations that radiate from the boutique itself. L'Occitane has series of face care, skin care, body care and hair care that caters for everyone needs and concerns. L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening face care range is a complete skincare regime that helps to achieve a healthy and radiant complexion that glows with youth from within. 

Introducing 3 new products to the Immortelle Brightening Face Care Range; Brightening Foaming Cleanser, Brightening Mist and Brightening Hand Care SPF20

Two weeks ago, I attended L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening workshop; introducing the 3 new products to the Immortelle Brightening Face Care Range; which are the Brightening Foaming Cleanser, Brightening Mist and Brightening Hand Care SPF20. All these new products are available in March 2013. 

L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening face care range formulated with the unique properties of Immortelle Essential Oil and Bellis Perennis (also known as White Daisy). Immortelle Essential Oil boost collagen synthesis, stimulated cell renewal and avoids premature aging thus helps us to achieve a firmer, brighter and even skin complexion. Bellis Perennis extract limits the production and appearance of melanin therefore skin is brighter and radiant.

This is one of the 3 novelties in L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening range. It’s a gentle, soap-free foaming cleanser suitable for daily use with drying our skin. Squeeze a small amount on palm add a little bit of water and lather, its transform from a cream into rich foam that effectively removes makeup and impurities. Skin feels soft, fresh and clean, no tight or dry after cleansing. Cleansing is important because it prepare our skin to absorb the goodness of other Immortelle Brightening skincare products. So make sure all our skin impurities especially makeup is cleanse off properly before we move on to the next step.

This is a refreshing alcohol-free brightening water / toner which leaves our skin feeling clean, smooth, hydrate and luminous. This step helps to prepare our skin for the maximum absorption of skincare nutrients. Can be use in the morning and evening after cleansing, apply on a cotton pad and smooth over face and neck.

Another new product in L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening face care range. Face mist is one of my favourite product. Its so convenient and refreshing especially during the hot days my skin tends to feel dry. So on and off I need to spray this L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Mist. Instantly I feel fresh and calm, my skin is hydrated. Plus this alcohol-free mist can also be sprayed over makeup to help it stay on longer throughout the day. A convenient must-have that you can slip into your handbag to keep skin hydrated.

L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence

Essence or serum is the key products to workout our skin. This is a light weight, easily absorbed and concentrated serum that can penetrated deep into our skin’s layers to loosen and flush out pigmentation clusters, for a youthful and glowing complexion. Skin feels velvety smooth, not oily at all. Plus the yellowish and uneven skin tone has reduced. It also helps to stimulate exfoliation of dead skin cell. The essence comes with a droplet. I usually have 3 drops, warm the essence on my palm and then pat gently all over my face and neck. This can helps to enhance our skin glowing. Those areas with pigmentations or pigmentation prone or dark spot I apply more. Use day and night after toner and before moisturizer. Constant application can see visible results. Overall my skin complexion became brighter and not so dull anymore.

This is a must try, must have mask and its one of L’Occitane best seller item. This is a 3 in 1 intensive treatment mask that gives skin instant hydration, brightening and firming. The texture is light and it’s like light or mild blue creamy gel type. After 20mins, I can feel the instants glow, soothing and hydration.

This is a day and night moisturizer. It’s fresh, light weight, gel-cream texture that absorbs instantly into skin. My skin feels hydrated and comfortable after applying this moisturizer. The light weight texture moisturizer is suitable for all skin type. It helps correct wrinkles, evens out skin tone and brightens the complexion. Just massage a small amount onto face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Then cup your palms on your cheeks to improve absorption and firming.

L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Shield SPF40 PA+++ 30ml RM199

Last but not least, sunblock or sunshield is one of the important skincare regime because over exposed to sun is the major cause of skin aging. So make sure we apply sunblock everyday even though we stay indoor. This sunblock not only protect our skin from harmful UV rays but also can reduce the harmful effect caused my pollution. This is a physical sunblock so don’t rub or massage, when apply just gently smooth the sunblock onto the skin and pat gently for it to absorb.

This is also one of the new addition in L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening face care range. Not many hand cream in the market that comes with SPF. This new L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Hand Care comes with SPF20 broad spectrum sunscreen. The non-oily and protective hand cream helps to moisturize, evens out your skin tone and reduced the appearance of age spots gradually. The sun protection benefit is really a plus point, usually I apply sunblock on my face, neck, arms and legs, forget about my hands.
