So now I got to start training, running and exercise to
keep my fit. To me running a marathon or joining any run or walkaton it is not to
compete with others. I run at my own pace, to you I may be slow like a tortoise
but its ok as long as I have the stamina I will strive to finish it. Well, every
time I will try to improve my speed and time according to my stamina. That need
a lot of training and consistency, means keep running every week. The most
important is to enjoy the journey and the fun of running together with many people.
The feeling is that, there is so many people support each other during the run
and the satisfaction of finishing it. Awesomeness!!!
