This Sunday, 30th Sept is Mid Autumn Festival which falls on the fifteenth day of the eighth Lunar month every year. This festival is symbol of family reunion. I have get ready my mooncakes, lanterns, candles, teas, food menus and all the necessary stuff for this sunday family big dinner. How about you?

Last Sunday I was at Sunway Pyramid joined the fun for the lantern parade Pesta Tanglung 1Malaysia Parade at the LG2 Blue Concourse. When I arrived I saw many beautifully lit orange lanterns and also many families were there for this parade.
Yay... I got my Hello Kitty Lantern…
There were many families joining the latern parade. Sunway Pyramid’s Mid-Autumn celebration this year themed is Moonlit Reunion.
There were varieties of mooncakes ranging from favourite classics to unique modern varieties from Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa, Tai Thong, Oversea, kum Lun Tai, Casahana, Tian Je, Seasons, Foh San, Tong Kee, Dragon-I, Haagen-Dazs and lots more.

Parade 2012 at Sunway Pyramid
Cultural dance and performances by students from SJKC Chee Wen. There are quiz session or ‘chai deng mi’ stand a chance to win attractive prizes that evening. At 7.30pm, the parade begins with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Senator Kohilan Pillay and Penyelaras Parlimen Kelana Jaya and Chairman Of MCA Kelana Jaya Division Madam Ong Chong Swen also be joining In the parade.
