Looking for a quick lunch or dinner or take away I go to Sushi Q Publika. If you are in the rush they have all ready packed sushi, sashimi, salad, handroll, maki, bento set and other sets for you to choose from. It is like Japanese fast food restaurant. Sushi Q introduces the unique fusion, fun and innovative approach savouring Japanese food.

I like the clean, quite and cozy environment, don’t really make me feel like in a fast food restaurant. All the food looks hygiene which packed and sealed. The food that available at Sushi Q is of course sushi, sashimi, inari, handrolls, donburi, ramen, salads, desserts and beverages.

Seafood Salad RM12.80

Crisp & fresh green with shredded crabstick, prawn, salmon sashimi and ebiko.

There is no dressing only lemon. Healthy choice.

Duck Ramen RM10.80

Sushi Q tagline is more than just rice and fish. They also have ramen. I tried their Duck Ramen. Yummmss.. not that many Japanese restaurant serves duck ramen. The soup is not too oily and salty as compared to some of the ramen shop that I went to. The duck meat thinly sliced with full of flavour and fragrant plus the noodles is springy.

Chicken Katsu Don

Sushi Q speciality is fried sushi with sambal sauce. This is to suit the local taste. Quite nice, its crispy and the sambal is mild spicy.

Food at Sushi Q relatively satisfying and quite fresh. I love their mango lobster, the lobster mayo yaki and duck ramen. If you wan fast, convenience, clean and healthy food then Sushi Q is the answer. They have prepacked sushi, salad and bento set for you to grab and go. Their Fried Sushi is something unique also. Well, the price range is quite standard compare to other Japanese chain restaurant. Currently Sushi Q has 4 outlets, in 1Utama, Mid Valley, Paradigm Mall and Publika.
