In my earlier post, you have seen part of the Shiseido Makeup 2012 Autumn / Winter Collections which is the Review: Shiseido Lacquer Rouge. Next, let me take you to a closer look and more understanding about this new Shiseido Radiant Lifting Foundation SPF 15 that used optical science to manipulate light, illuminates shadows away, bathing our skin in a radiant and youthful glow. Nowdays makeup does come with skincare effect too.
In skin degeneration process, Shiseido discovers that shadows created by wrinkles and sagging are actually what caused the impression of aging. As we aged, our skin tones changes. Dark spots, freckles, dark circles will appear. At the same time, facial contours lose elasticity and submit to gravity, resulting wrinkles and sagging.
Well, Shiseido also conducted a survey that reveals the way people judge someone’s age by the wrinkles and sagging visibility on their skin / appearance.
By covering these shadowy areas with conventional foundation is often not enough to counteract them. Because the areas where wrinkles and sagging occur usually on active parts of our face and movement makes foundation tend to fade and cake there, making lines imperfection even more obvious.
Shiseido Radiant Lifting Foundation SPF 15 is a revolutionary anti-aging foundation with innovative light technology to eliminate shadows and give skin a radiant, youthful glow. Radiant Reflecting Powder provides a soft-focus effect and luminosity to wrinkles for a more youthful, lifted appearance. It offers a smooth, radiant finish for 12 beautiful hours and a rich moisturizing effect for 24 hours.

Shiseido Radiant Lifting Foundation SPF 15 Natural Light Ochre O20
Review: Shiseido Radiant Lifting Foundation SPF 15, Natural Light Ochre O20. It glides on smoothly over my skin providing a smooth and velvety finishing. The immediate effect is visible, my skin tone became even and flawless because this foundation provides a full coverage. It covers and even up those imperfect areas especially the scars, marks, the darker tone around my cheeks, temples, the corner of my lips. This minimizes my chance of using concealer.
The texture of this foundation is light weight creamy that easily blends well into my skin.
The factors that impressed me about this Shiseido Radiant Lifting Foundation is that it hides away my imperfection and my complexion looks as though it has natural glow. Thus, make my skin look more radiant and brighter. Even though is has full coverage this foundation is not too heavy or cakey for my skin. It looks naturally flawless.
After the whole day, the foundation still stayed on and I don’t feel that my skin is oily or dry or any discomfort. So it is long lasting.
After more than two weeks using this foundation I don’t really see drastic or significant lifting effect or major firming. But when I apply this foundation my face feel slightly firmer, my pores and fine lines became less visible. Does this make me look younger? Yes :)
I suggest that after you have pumped up the foundation quickly apply and spread evenly on the face. According to the ingredient list it contains lavender oil however to me the scent is very mild or barely there. So it is fine for me.
This foundation bottle packaging is simple and easy to grip on. It comes in plastic bottle with pump. Two toned, pearly glazed in the middle and black on the cap and base with gloss finishing. Content is 30ml.
