Crocs Happy 10th Anniversary!!!

It was a lovely and cozy afternoon tea gathering at Bistro 42, Bangsar Village II last Thursday, 7^th Jun 2012. Enjoying the scrumptious afternoon English tea and discovering fashion styling tips, trends and how to mix & match outfit with Crocs shoes by the fashion stylist Calvin Cheong.

Makeover in progress...

This afternoon tea party was different from the usual tea party I attended because I will be the model for Calvin Cheong. Hehehe…I feel bit nervous and excited. On that day I was already in Bangsar Village II since morning, getting ready, doing my manicure & pedicure at Color Culture, hair styling at Grace Salon and make-up by Laura Mercier. The makeover wardrobe by Peacock London and all the shoes are from Crocs (I love all of them).

This is the journey of my New Crocs New You transformation / makeover with Crocs official stylist Calvin Cheong. I was chosen as Malaysia finalist in the New Crocs New You Makeover Contest. I’m so surprise and happy when I received the call! OMG!!! I can’t believe that I Crocs Malaysia’s Finalist. All these while I love Crocs shoes because it is comfortable, stylish and compliments every lifestyle. Crocs red Hover Lace Up Canvas is my favourite pair.

As you can see, Crocs has so many types of design that suits my everyday outfits and occasions. Not only its comfortable but also stylish and trendy!

After the makeover session with Calvin Cheong I discovered that I look great in colorful outfits. Well, colors play important part in our outfits and everyday life. Bright colors cheer me up. Oh yes! I also began to be more daring to try new style, add more accessories, play with mix and match and be more fashionable. It was a good experience and training for me.

Now I am in the midst of the New Crocs New You regional makeover Grand Prize contest which runs from 1^st to 15^th Jun 2012. I am now representing Malaysia at the regional level to compete for the ultimate make-over prize worth US$8,000. Competing with finalist from China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, India, or South Africa. Hope that I will be the lucky Grand Prize winner from Malaysia.

My dream makeover destination is Cape Town, South Africa. I will love to experience and explore their culture, food, people and nature. It is a place of iconic beauty, diversity and vitality. That is the place I want to be.
