Yes! The Samsung GALAXY S III was finally launched in Malaysia

The moment I stepped into the banquet hall, I was impressed with the HUGE wide vivid screen on the stage. Is it Super AMOLED? Wanted to ask this question but hmmm…for now better concentrate on the smartie Samsung GALAXY S III :)

I believe many of us are suspicious about the selling price and eager know when is the stock arrival… including myself. Although I hear from here and there about the pricing however shall patiently wait for the official announcement by Samsung.

Samsung GALAXY SIII is so light only 133 grams, measuring just 8.55mm thick, comfortable grip, gentle curves, and organic form deliver a rich organic feel and design.

It comes with Super AMOLED display that has been enhanced to include HD wider viewing angles on a 4.8 inch display for large and vivid viewing experience. GALAXY S III is available in 2 colors, Marble White and Pebble Blue. 

 Best Photo feature

The first thing I check is the camera and the picture quality. The GALAXY S III is equipped with 8MP camera and 1.9MP front camera allowing us to capture HD videos of ourselves. 

Plus loaded with variety of intelligent camera features and face recognition related options that ensure all moments are captured easily and instantly. The Burst Shot mode can instantly captures up to twenty continuous shots and the Best Photo feature will selects the best of eight photographs.

Introducing the S Voice, the Samsung GALAXY S III’s advanced natural language understanding, listens and responds to a user’s words – allowing information search, basic device-user communication, and powerful device control. If you are messaging someone but decide to call them instead, simply lift your phone to your ear and ‘Direct call’ will dial their number. Wah! so smart, can even detect my intention.

With the S Beam feature, instant sharing of files becomes easy. Now we can share files just by touching two Samsung GALAXY S III phones back to back. The Buddy Photo Share allows photos to be easily and simultaneously shared with all friends pictured in an image directly from the camera or photo gallery. Plus user can share files without wireless connection via AllShare Play and Group Cast.

The Samsung GALAXY S III is powered by Android™ 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich 

and a 2,100 mAh battery. 

It will be available at Samsung Elite Partner outlets nationwide and telco partners including Celcom, DiGi and Maxis.
