Last Sunday Avon celebrated a momentous Mother's Day with a new Malaysian Record for the largest simultaneous mom & daughter makeover session in Malaysia. Can you imagine as many as 6,000 of mothers and daughters at 196 Avon Beauty Boutiques across the country took part in the event, with the main finale and certificate presentation ceremony culminating at the Sungai Wang Plaza concourse.

The big screen in Sungai Wang Concourse broadcasted live feeds of the ongoing makeovers at various Avon Beauty Boutiques locations across the nation. Each mother and daughter pair were given professional photoshoots after the makeover.

All the makeover pictures will be uploaded to Avon Malaysia's Facebook Page, where fans will be able to vote for their favourite photogenic mum & daughter pairs. The top 3 winners will receive cash prizes and Avon products worth up to RM 2,000.

Through out years the Avon has transforms and improves many women life because "Avon makes it possible for you to live the life you deserve". On that day, two Special Shinning Moms who are Avon's representatives sharing their inspiring stories on how Avon transformed their lives and provide them a better future. Plus they have travelled to so many awesome countries and places with Avon, which I have not been yet… truly Inspiring & Admiring :)

On the same day, Avon also launched its latest makeup sensation, the Shine Attract Lipstick. Neelofa, the face of Avon's makeup range dazzled the crowd and gracefully officiated the launch.

Many fun and exciting activities were held for the public during the event at Sungai Wang concourse area, including product sampling, makeover, games and performances by Alyah, Hafiz and Shila Amzah.
