Top 5 Reasons To Live in Mont Kiara |
1. Strategic Location
Yes! It’s the location!
Mont Kiara is about 5km to city centre and also connects many highways. My
company has an office in the city and also Shah Alam and Mont Kiara the strategic
point for me. Going to KL and also going to Shah Alam via NKVE. It’s comprehensive
amenities like shopping malls, hospitals, schools, shops and etc; plus
strategic location are the main reasons for me.

La Casa @ Mont Kiara is one of the family friendly restaurant that I love to dine there, especially dinner. Just within walking distance from my brother's house. La Casa served mainly Western and Italian home cook dishes with Asian specials upon request. The ambience is quite cozy with wooden fixtures and quirky furnishings replete with eye-catching cushions and bookshelf in a spacious homey feel.

My hang out night can never be more fun that in Tap It Out, the first beer atm in Malaysia, have you been there before? Apparently beer ATM is popular in Ireland and now it hit Malaysia shore. It's so convenient that you only pay how much you drink using a pre-paid card. As you can see the cashless trend is catching up too. Yay or nay?

also known as a prestigious address in Kuala Lumpur. It’s one of the popular housing
areas among expatriates plus affluent society too.
4. Connectivity
Living in KL we can’t
avoid traffic jam, its part and parcel of city life. But what we can do is
reduce the traveling time by using the highway. From Mont Kiara I can connect
to so many highways such as Kerinchi Link, Penchala Link, NKVE, and many more.

Part of the reasons
there are so many expatriates and locals live in Mont Kiara is because there
