you still remember last month we were talking about the New Range of Mouthwatering Pizzas by Anchor Food Professionals are
coming soon. Great! finally we got to savour all the 5 new gourmet artisanal
pizzas which are the New Festive PizzArt
by Anchor Food Professionals. Mind you… all of them are unique and come with
a lot of cheesiness by elevating the pleasures of pizza to a whole new level.
We’ve got Chef Firuz, one of Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking Chefs to demonstrate
on how to make Deep Cheese Pizza. You know all the inventive pizzas under PizzArt
were conceptualized and created by Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking
Chefs. These pizzas can only be made by kitchen crew with advanced culinary
skills, and in restaurants with pizza ovens.
Anchor Food Professionals also trained their partners in the ways of a
skilled pizzaiolo, which lends the pizzas an artisanal appeal.

Tadah... the Deep Cheese Pizza is ready! The New Festive PizzArt was launched by Linda Tan, Director of Anchor Food Professionals Malaysia and Chef Firuz. And then we can’t wait to dig plus the rest of the new PizzArt artisanal pizzas. This second PizzArt campaign follows the huge success of the first PizzArt campaign, which was carried out nationwide from May to October 2017.

The
festive event was also followed by a PizzBurger eating competition, where the
top three participants to chomp down the fastest walked away with cash prizes
and Anchor Food Professionals premium gifts.
1. PizzBurger
This is one of my favourite! with the meat-endowed-cheese-oozing omg… I can’t wait chomp it. Yes sinful but I could have that as my treat. PizzBurger, a succulent grilled minced lamb patty stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese and baked in light crust with Anchor Butter. It the meat patty and cheese is so thick, rich and creamy I felt like I am heaven. Yes I love cheese and lamb so the combination is perfect for me.
2. UltiMeat Pizza
This is a healthier version pizza and you can call it gluten free, there no flour used in this pizza. The wholesome UltiMeat Pizza ambitiously features a pizza the base made entirely made with 100% ground chicken breast and coasted with corn flakes before being baked with Anchor mixed cheeses and topped with sesame dressing, lots of romaine lettuce, smoked chicken and bonito flakes. It is great for sharing and also for those who don’t take carbs.
3. Deep Cheese Pizza
Oh my… this one is perfect for the whole family. It looks like a cheese pie to me. The Deep Cheese Pizza draws inspiration from the Chicago-authentic deep dish pizza, featuring an elevated layer of stuffing filled with creamy, delicious Anchor Mozzarella Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese with a hearty Putanesca filling. According to Chef Firuz this dish contains 600g of cheese. I love the combination of cheese and tomato puree it’s so smooth and I felt so loved by cheese now.
4. Pizza Rolls
Guess what is this? Not any ordinary boring bread rolls, the artisanal Festive Pizza Rolls burst with festivity vibes and oozes cheesiness with every bite. It’s stuffed with Masala lamb, spinach, Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese. Feel the kicks of masala spices and cheese, perfect for anytime of the day.
5. Cheese Pretzza
It shaped like a pretzel but it’s actually a pizza. Guess what??? this Cheese Pretzza is filled with smoked salmon, Anchor Cream Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream into the dough and coated with cornflakes crumbs before it is baked and served with a side of pizza dipping sauce. It is crispy on the outside with savoury salmon and stretchy cheesy filling inside.
All these new Festive PizzArt were crafted by Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking Chefs using only the finest ingredients such as Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Anchor Butter, Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Creams and Anchor Cream Cheese, all brought in from New Zealand. The right stringiness of cheese lends texture, experience and the creaminess you crave in a pizza. Omg… I’m craving for more, are you?
