We are
honored to be invited to experience Kyoto Cuisine with Master Chef of Kinobu,
One-Star Michelin Restaurant @ Japanese Ambassador’s Residence recently. It was
a small and exclusive lunch soiree. Chef Takuji Takahashi is also as Japanese
Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador has profound knowledge on wine and Japanese sake.

During the
event, Chef Takahashi demonstrated 2 special dishes using the seasonal and
fresh ingredients from Kyoto. Such as rice miso, bamboo shoots in Owan and
others.

Overall it was an enjoyable event, I learnt and experience more about Japanese culture and culinary, especially Kyoto. Plus got to savor such delicate and delicious dishes specially prepared my Master Chef of Kinobu, One-Star Michelin Restaurant.

These dishes that reminds me of Spring in Kyoto, ahhh how I wish I can to go back there soon.
So awesome to be able to attend such an event! Wish I could try the Japanese food made by the chef himself.
