So here we were at the Watsons Move Your Body Zumba 2016 launch at Sunway Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon. Last year, Watsons Move Your Body Zumba was held in Penang with more than 7,000 participants. It was the biggest Zumba event in Malaysia. This year we are expecting more participants than last year to sweat it all out with Zumba routines in collaboration with international Zumba organization in the United States, Zumba Fitness.

Move Your Body Zumba 2016 with Watsons on the beach will be held on 22^nd October 2016 at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. Get ready for a non-stop Zumba hits spin by top DJ line up including Jakeman & Skeletor, Leng Yein, Chukiess & Whackboi and H3.

During the launch event, we had a Zumba Session with Zumba Fitness. It’s was a good workout and sweat out session. Are you a Zumba lover? This is fusion fun dance that suits for all ages. It provides a total body workout, burns huge calories, boosts metabolism, improve cardiovascular health and relieve stress.
