Here for some oink oink lunch on Saturday at Naughty Nuri’s Desa Sri Hartamas, they are famous for their lip-smacking BBQ spare ribs and also other porky dishes. It could be one of the best bbq ribs in town... can’t wait to dig in!

We started with the must try Naughty Nuri’s 1995 Signature BBQ Spare Ribs. The ribs are specially marinated with Balinese spices and char grilled to perfection with house special sauce. It’s tender and juicy coated with the house special BBQ sauce. If the amount of sauce is reduced a bit that would be better, this will allow us to taste the meat more. The signature bbq spare ribs are flavourful and fragrant.

This is unlike the normal satay we had, it’s minced pork marinated with Balinese spices and poke using lemongrass stick instead of the normal lidi to enhance the satay flavours. Indeed it very fragrant, flavourful and slightly spicy. Can be quite addictive and I like the lemongrass fragrant.

Indonesian Style Mee Goreng

This is like indomee goreng and the portion are quite big. It’s stir fried noodles with vegetables, onions and pork strips with black sauce topped with sunny side up. The noodle is tangy and flavour. We can also add on roast pork, just top up RM5.

Asam Boi Mojito

Asam Boi Mojito, RM28

This is definitely a thirst quencher eating bbq and fried food on a hot day. I like the sweet and sour of the asam boi and mint leaves with a bit of alcohol kick. It complements the BBQ Pork Ribs and other dishes as well. Truly satisfaction after I drank this glass of Asam Boi Mojito.

Overall, I like the restaurant ambiance as it is very casual. Their services are pretty good and the staffs are quite friendly too. The most important thing is the food, the Signature BBQ Spare Ribs is must try.
