The Do Son dessert is specially created for this Mother’s Day occasion, this dessert comprises of tuberose & white chocolate mousse, rose-infused milk crisp, pink peppercorn meringue, orange blossom gel, dark chocolate and black truffle ganache, candied Brazilian nuts and fresh raspberry.
