Wootz! Time passed so fast. A Zespri a day keeps the doctor away. In
this 10 days of eating Zespri Kiwifruit constantly, despite of the unruly weather
many of my friends fall sick either cough, fever or flu but Miss Sunshine
remains as sunshine girl. I am feeling great, bubbly and energetic that is why
even after came back from work and dinner I still can spent time with my family
and blog at the same time. During the weekend I exercise, run and practice yoga
or body balance to keep me sane.
This my quick update about my 14-Day Daily Scoop of AmazingChallenge. I love the tangy and sweet taste of Zespri Green and Zespri GoldKiwifruit. Not only it is delicious but also contains Amazing Nutrition! Zespri
Kiwifruit is my daily source of Vitamin C. Do you know that kiwi is twice as
much Vitamin C compared to oranges and just one Zespri Kiwifruit meets my daily
Vitamin C requirement. Besides Vitamin C, kiwi also burst with other nutrients such
as fibre, folate, potassium, Vitamin E, phytonutrients, carotenoids and enzymes.
During these 10 days I admit that I was not really creative with
my Zespri Kiwifruit. Yes! I had my Zespri with yoghurt, oats, fruits, salad, in konnyaku
jelly, rojak, plus my colleague tried nasi goreng Zespri and shared it in the office. I still like the fresh Zespri kiwifruit on its own. But when I see the Zespri Kiwifruit Recipes I drool and feel hungry.
Even though during the Hari Raya and holiday indulgence with the heavy
binging on sinful and fattening food I don’t see the my weight is adding nor my
skin has any breakout. This is because Zespri helps to improve my bowel system
and digestions. It also low in calories and Glycemic Index (GI) that does not
increase blood sugar level serves as a great tool for weight management too.
