It has been a while since I last visited The Pool, KL at
Jalan Ampang. Late last month, I was there again for the Samsung Get to know
Bloggers Gathering organized by Manoah Consulting and Samsung Malaysia. When I
accepted the invitation, I knew that I will be meeting a lot of buddies and
kakis at gathering = feel great!
Aha! Guess what I arrived on time around 6.30pm and the traffic was
not too bad that day. This casual and relax gathering we get to mingle and chat
with many bloggers and also get to know Samsung Malaysia team members better.
Of course, there were plenty of food and drinks, music and games throughout the
night.

Linora Low kicked start the party then followed by the welcome speech from Don and the Samsung Malaysia team. During the dinner time, there was TecTile games going on. Just download the Samsung TecTile App, then activate NFC, find all the 5 posters around the Pool, KL and tap the back of our phone on the poster to reveal the message.
Don’t underestimate this small TecTile sticker, Samsung TecTile is an app which lets us read and write TecTile NFC tags. I can create TecTiles to change settings on my phone, set alarm clock, launch applications, check-in location, update social status, or even make phone calls or send text messages automatically.

We just need to create or set a TecTile using the TecTile app,
place the Tile in a convenient place, then tap our phone to the TecTile to
perform the actions stored in the TecTile. It’s so convenient and intelligent.
I think I am going to stick this TecTile by my bed side table and set my alarm
plus phone set to silent mode. Have you start using Samsung TecTile?
Thanks to Manoah Consulting and Samsung Malaysia for organizing this Samsung Get to Know the Bloggers Gathering as a platform and initiative to socialize and understand other better.
I love events where you can meet other like minded people. I love blogging and I make it a point to get together with my blogging friends as often as possible. It looks like you guys had fun.
